Novakov & Associates, PLLC is a small general practice focusing on real estate matters, contract issues,
bankruptcy, debtor representation, and general civil practice matters. With attorneys, admitted to practice
in both the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Ohio, Novakov & Associates serves the public in
the Tri-State area with integrity and honesty. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in the United States
Federal District Court in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, including the Bankruptcy
Courts.

The managing Attorney is also admitted to practice and argue before the United States Supreme Court.

We are able to offer real estate closing services through High Point Title Agency, LLC, a full service real
estate title insurance agency and closing company, owned by the Managing Attorney. High Point is
licensed or authorized to issue title insurance policies in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
